Over the past 26 years, I’ve used my first-hand knowledge of Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee, as well as my world-class customer service,  for my buyers and sellers.  I especially love taking clients to view properties by boat, providing them with a real feel for life on the lake. 

Throughout my tenure in real estate, I have also consulted on new developments and neighborhoods on Lake Keowee, from planning and site layouts to sales and marketing. Each of my projects has successfully sold at a record pace.

Real estate runs in my blood (my mother was in real estate, and my wife and daughter are also with Coldwell Banker Caine), and I have a proven track record of success across the lakes (most recently — 54 transactions and $37.3M in volume for 2021; and 55 transactions and $31.3M in volume for 2020).
